The Coffee Connection is a second-generation, family-owned, Alberta Business. Our team of Albertans provides exceptional service to the Greater Areas of Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer.

How can I place an order?
What payment methods do you accept?
- Visa or MasterCard: Please call us with your credit card details for a one-time payment or if you want to put your card on file for automatic payment. (Do not email credit card details)
- EFT: Please call or email us for our banking information.
- Cheque: Please make cheques payable to The Coffee Connection and mail to #3, 401 33rd Street NE Calgary, AB T2A 1X5
- Online Bill Payments: If you bank online with a Credit Union you can find us listed as bill payee.
- Debit Card: Debit Card is accepted in person, please stop by and see us.
If I order today, when will I get my order?
- Orders received before 2pm are generally delivered the next business day in Greater; Calgary and Edmonton
- Orders shipping outside Alberta will be 2 – 3 business days
- Same-Day Delivery – In Greater; Calgary and Edmonton same-day delivery can be requested for orders placed before noon.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?
Non-Perishable Food Products Return Policy:
Any items that do not meet your satisfaction for any reason may be returned, items will need to be in their original packaging and in saleable condition with at least 90 days prior to expiration. To collect and process the credit for returned items there is a restocking fee of 50% applied to any item under $10 and a 25% Restocking fee on any items over $10
Fresh Roasted Coffee and Perishable Food Product Return Policy:
There is a 7-day return policy for stocked fresh food products. Products must be unopened in the original packaging and have 30 days prior to expiration. To collect and process the credit for return items there is a restocking fee of 50% applied to any item under $10 and a 25% restocking fee on any item over $10.
Equipment, Gear and Non-Food Product Return Policy:
Equipment, Gear and Non-Food Products under $1000.00 that are faulty within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for exchange or partial refund based solely at our discretion and manufacturers policy’s.
Specialized Equipment like Jura once sold has a two-year comprehensive warranty policy that becomes in effect as per the date on your receipt. There is unfortunately a zero-refund policy once the brewer is sold. We do support all our customers should there be any issue with a purchase that has not yet shipped or been removed from our premises. As an authorized Jura Dealer, we work expeditiously with the two service centers in Alberta to ensure your equipment is prioritized for warranty services. If your Jura requires more that 2 days service, we are pleased to loan you a temporary espresso solution at our discretion.
We do not offer warranty coverage on any equipment, gear and non-food products. Please register any purchases with the manufacturer to ensure you receive any applicable warranty coverage.
Please ensure you read your manufacturer warranty coverage – most will not that warranty will become void if you fail to use filtered or softened water, neglect cleaning or the document the performance of manufacturers maintenance as outlined in your owner's manual.
How long does it take for delivery?
Our trucks are loaded at 7am sharp and are arriving at offices till 4pm.
What is your minimum order for free delivery?
The minimum order for free delivery is $150.00.

Do you offer water filtration on coffee systems?
Coffee is 98% water, a great cup of coffee comes from perfect, clean and filtered water. We provide NSF certified water filters on all of our equipment that is plumbed in to ensure the best tasting cup. Any plumb commercial foodservice equipment typically requires the use of an NSF certified water filters to maintain the manufactures warranty.
Does The Coffee Connection clean the equipment you loan to us?
Yes we do!, We ensure that on our visit we will perform the cleaning to maintain the hygiene of the loaned equipment however cleanliness requires partnership, we ensure your team has the appropriate resources to successfully clean the interior and exterior of the beverage equipment of your choice. The shared responsibility of cleaning truly ensures customers are 100% confident it will taste its best! To ensure your brewers hygiene we offer brewer specific cleaners that make that work easy!
How much will the loaned equipment agreement cost?
Free! Free! Free! With purchase of your breakroom products, you can enjoy the latest equipment free of charge for the complete 12-month term. Your purchases over the term allow The Coffee Connection to not only loan the equipment free but also include no charge installation, no cost cleaning service with delivery, no cost programing, and free replacement of any mechanical components should a breakdown occur. We have equipment options ideal for a few cups per day or 5000 cups per day!
What if I just want to rent equipment an buy my own coffee?
The Coffee Connection has rental options available for all the equipment we support. We encourage all rental clients to sign up for a monthly service package as the basic rental only covers the mechanical functions of the brewer and 95% of service call stem from lack of cleaning.
What is the Client Hub (Jobber)?
We dispatch all our delivery, service and repair work with help of Jobber! It is an application that was developed locally in Edmonton, Alberta!
Login into your client hub to view all past service, delivery or repair work that The Coffee Connection has performed at your office, yes there is before an after pictures of the work performed demonstrates we are truly delivering the exceptional service you have come to know!

Can I have access to my service and order history?
Yes. Login in to the client hub simply with your email address. If your email address is not linked to your account simply email us with your preferred email address we can list numerous email address on each client so that both the day to day contacts can view work progress but also our valued decision makers can view our performance as desired.
